By accessing and using FluxionTech.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. FluxionTech is a business brand operated by Adana Group LLC. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
FluxionTech provides AI automation, consulting, and development services. All projects are subject to custom proposals and separate service agreements signed prior to kickoff.
3. Lead Submission
By submitting your project details via our booking form, you consent to FluxionTech contacting you regarding your request and storing your data in our secure database.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and systems developed by FluxionTech remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred as specified in individual contract agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
FluxionTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our automations or consulting advice.
6. Company Information
FluxionTech is a subsidiary of Adana Group LLC, a registered entity in New Mexico, USA. All legal proceedings or official inquiries should be directed to the parent organization.
